Data Deletion

We respect your right to have your data deleted. Below is how to request deletion and check the status.

How to request deletion

  1. Automatically: disconnect the DaMi app in your Instagram settings (Settings → Apps and websites). This stops the service and deletes the data associated with your account from our database.
  2. Via Meta: use the standard data deletion request — Meta sends us a signed request, and we delete the data and return a confirmation code.
  3. Manually: email support@damiagent.com with your Instagram account, and we will delete the data and confirm it.

Deleted: conversations and messages, comments, username, and the connected account's access token.
